Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Reconciliation GR/IR clear AC (MR11)</li>
<li>Review Vendors Statements and prepare to settle due's</li>
<li>Prepare daily Bank Collections Payment to vendor deducted from bank</li>
<li>Follow vendors Advance PMT's & reconcile with invoices</li>
<li>Preparing the reconciliation JV's & payment of Procurement Petty Cash</li>
<li>Preparing the comprehensive purchase reports</li>
<li>Getting Vendors year-end confirmation</li>
</ul>
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Required Skills
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
✅ Minimum of 4 years of experience (with at least 2 years in accounts payable).
✅ Proficiency in SAP ECC ERP or S/4HANA.
✅ Strong English communication skills.
