About the Role
Job Summary
As maintenance supervisor you will supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations, ensuring effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans, and maintain equipment and system reliability while enforcing safety and quality standards within the facility.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Supervise daily maintenance operations and lead the maintenance team.</li>
<li>Execute preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance plans.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical issues to reduce downtime.</li>
<li>Ensure equipment reliability, safety compliance, and proper documenting.</li>
<li>Coordinate spare parts, resources, and cross-department activities.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Required Skills
<p style="font-weight: 400"><strong>Minimum qualifications & Requirements :</strong></p>
<ul style="font-weight: 400">
<li>Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.</li>
<li>7–10 years of maintenance experience (min. 2 years in a supervisory role).</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, CNC machines, generators, and electrical safety.</li>
<li>CMRT, Six Sigma Green Belt, and HV/MV certifications are a plus.</li>
